Questions about your order

  • Where is my order?

Delivery times depend on the shipping method you selected. For most shipping methods, we ask you to allow a maximum of 28 business days for your order to be delivered. (See all estimated shipping times).

Our shipping providers are very reliable with less than 1% of our orders taking up to or exceeding the 28-day period.

We highly recommend that you choose one of our traceable shipping methods when purchasing your product to protect against possible losses. If you choose a non-traceable shipping method, and your order is lost in the post, we cannot take responsibility for its replacement. .

  • How can I track my order?

Not all of our shipping methods are traceable.

We will provide you with a tracking reference for your order when it is shipped, which you can enter on the Royal Mail website.

You will be able to see when your shipment has been collected in the UK and sent to your country of origin, and whether a delivery has been successfully attempted.

Once your order has arrived in your country of origin, your shipment will be delivered to you by your national postal service.

  • How can I track my order sent via OCS Worldwide?

If you are an OCS customer, you will receive your order between 10 to 21 working days.

You can use the tracking number we provide you to check if the shipment has been collected in the UK and sent to your country of origin. You cannot track the parcel beyond this.

    All our supplements are produced the highest possible standard using quality ingredients, detail about the exact ingredients in each can be found on the individual products information page.

Questions about contacting us

  • What time can I call Customer Service?

Our customer service team is based the UK, so, depending on where you are, we might not be available to answer your call or email immediately.

Our service hours are 9am–6pm GMT (British time), which is between five and eight hours ahead of the USA.

If no one is available to take your call, please leave a short message, including your name, contact telephone number and email address. We will do our best to get back to you within one business day.

  • How long will it take you to respond to my email or voicemail?

We will normally respond to your call or email within 24 hours.

If you call after Friday 6pm GMT (British time), we aim to respond within1 – 2 business days.

Questions about using our website

  • Why haven’t I received my password reset email yet?

When you let us know you’ve forgotten your password to access your account, we will send you an email with a link to reset your password.

Normally, you’ll receive this immediately, but it may take up to 24 hours to arrive. Please make sure that your junk/spam filter knows that you're expecting an email from noreply@antiaging-nutrition.com by adjusting your email contacts or account settings.
