Traceable shipping options are traceable via the Royal Mail website, www.royalmail.com using the information we’ll include in the dispatch confirmation email.

Courier services for product shipments are NOT recommended to anywhere outside of the UK and will only be undertaken if the Buyer has met IAS courier release paperwork requirements. All charges including freight and taxes must be met by the Buyer', including all return costs if the Products have to be returned to IAS. Note: A charge of $15 is levied for completion of courier paperwork.

*Airsure deliveries are available to the following countries:

  1. Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Spain and Sweden.
  2. Andorra, Azores, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Corsica, Faroe Islands, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Madeira, Monaco and Switzerland.
  3. Australia, Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, New Zealand and USA.

Antiaging Nutrition Refund Policy

1. If the Buyer wants to stop or adjust an order after payment has been processed, but before the Products have been shipped, it is subject up to a $50 charge. To be clear the credit card will be fully refunded. However please note: Antiaging Nutrition reserves the right to charge a rehandling fee of a minimum of $50 which must be paid by check or postal order before doing business with this member again.

 

2. If the Buyer wishes to return Products, (except under the circumstances in section 11 of the Antiaging Nutrition Terms and Conditions), then as long as the Products are sent by the Buyer within 7 days of receipt and received by Antiaging Nutrition in a good, unopened, resalable condition with an expiry date more than 12 months validity, a Product Credit Note can be issued, plus a charge for reshipping. If the Buyer requires a full or part refund then a 50% restocking fee is applicable, (applied only to Products, not shipping and handling which is non-refundable) or a minimum of $50, whichever is the greater. To be clear the credit card will be fully refunded. However please note: Antiaging Nutrition reserves the right to charge a rehandling fee of a minimum of $50 which must be paid by bank check or postal order before doing business with this member again.

 

3. If Antiaging Nutrition has shipped the wrong Products or Products have arrived in a damaged condition due to incorrect packaging, then the package and Products must be returned to Antiaging Nutrition for inspection, (always contact Antiaging Nutrition before undertaking any action). If the fault is identified and agreed, Antiaging Nutrition will reship the Products a second and final time. A refund or part refund is subject to the conditions in section 2. For accounting purposes credit card payments will be credited in full and a separate charge applied if applicable.

How do you change an order?

You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours by going to Your Account or calling us on 1-415-992-5563.

If we haven't yet processed your payment

The following apply to changes made before we have processed your payment

  1. If you cancel your order, we won't process the payment
  2. If you adjust your order to reduce its cost, we'll process the lower payment
  3. If you adjust your order to increase its cost, we'll process the higher payment.

If we have already processed your payment but haven't yet dispatched the items

If you cancel your order or adjust it such a way as to reduce its cost after payment has been processed, but before the items have been dispatched, we'll offer you a full or partial refund, or a credit note for use on the Antiaging Nutrition website.

If you would like to add to your order, please contact us within 24 hours on 1-415-992-5563. We may be able to add additional items to your shipment without increasing the shipping costs if it hasn't yet been dispatched.

If you change or cancel an order, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of a minimum of $50, which must be paid (by check or postal order) before we can accept any further orders from you.

What happens if we have already dispatched the items?

Unfortunately, you won't be able to cancel the order if it has already been dispatched. Please wait for your order to arrive then contact us to find out how to return it to us.

We recommend you wait until you receive the items before you speak to us about returning them, just in case you change your mind.

What if your order gets lost in the mail?

We dispatch orders from the UK to destinations all over the world. Our couriers are very reliable--99% of our shipments arrive within 28 days--but international delivery times can be affected by many factors that are beyond their control. We therefore ask that you allow a full 28 days for delivery.

What if your order doesn't arrive within 28 days?

Unfortunately we can't take responsibility for lost orders. To protect against possible losses, we recommend you choose the Airsure or International Signed For shipping options for international orders. Airsure shipments are insured up to a value of $1200.

How you can make a claim

If the order was dispatched via Airsure or International Signed For, please contact Royal Mail (via the information included in your dispatch confirmation email) to ask them to confirm the order has been lost in the post, then contact us so we can process a claim. This tracking process could take several weeks.
Once we have processed a claim, we'll work with you to decide whether to:

  1. re-ship the item to you for a second and final time
  2. send you a full or partial refund
  3. offer you a credit note for use on the Antiaging Nutrition website.

What if your order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’ll always do our best to ship the correct items to you in appropriate packaging.
If we send you the wrong products or they arrive damaged because of inadequate packaging, please contact us so we can let you know how to return the full order for inspection.

Once we’ve identified and agreed liability for the error, we’ll:

  1. re-ship the order a second and final time
  2. send you a full or partial refund
  3. offer you a credit note for use on the Antiaging Nutrition website.

How do you return an item or order?

If you change your mind and decide to return any items, please contact us for help. We'll be happy to accept returns as long as you send them within seven days of receipt and we receive them in a good, unopened, resalable condition with an expiry date more than 12 months into the future . We'll issue you with a credit note to cover the cost of the items.

If you prefer a full or part refund we reserve the right to charge a 50% restocking fee (applied only to the cost of the items in the order as shipping costs are non-refundable) or a minimum of $50, whichever is greater.
